Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@feelsolara.com. Please note that we don't take returns due to the consumable nature of the product. 

If your refund is accepted, we’ll refund your payment via the same method it was paid for.

Refund Fee
As we can't return and re-sell the product, there's a refund fee of 70% of your order, unless faulty. This protects us from scammers taking advantage of our no questions asked refund policy.

Exchanges 

If there is an issue that pertains to the quality of condition of the order being below our acceptable standard, we offer an entirely free exhange.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to let us know the issue and once the return is accepted, we'll send new product out, including free shipping.
